Puliyogare Recipe
PULIYOGARE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Rice
- 4-5 Tbsps Rasa & Co.
- Puliyogare Gojju
For The Tempering:
- 3-4 Tbsps Oil
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- Fresh Curry Leaves(Optional)
- Peanuts (As Desired)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the rice and let it cool in a wide dish
- Make a tempering of oil, mustard seeds, urad dal and peanuts
- Add the curry leaves to it
- Pour the tempering onto the cooling rice
- Add the Rasa & Co. Puliyogare Gojju to the rice
- Mix it all together into the rice till the rice gets evenly coated with it and voila! the puliyogare is ready to eat.
