Puliyogare Recipe

PULIYOGARE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 4-5 Tbsps Rasa & Co.
  • Puliyogare Gojju

For The Tempering:

  • 3-4 Tbsps Oil
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • Fresh Curry Leaves(Optional)
  • Peanuts (As Desired)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook the rice and let it cool in a wide dish
  • Make a tempering of oil, mustard seeds, urad dal and peanuts
  • Add the curry leaves to it
  • Pour the tempering onto the cooling rice
  • Add the Rasa & Co. Puliyogare Gojju to the rice
  • Mix it all together into the rice till the rice gets evenly coated with it and voila! the puliyogare is ready to eat.
